刘凡，男，汉族，1982年2月出生，河南省郑州市人，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。

个人简介：
毕业于日本国立信州大学生命机能与纤维工学专业，获博士学位，主要研究领域包括纳米纤维材料、空气过滤材料及纤维功能化改性等。主持完成河南省科技攻关项目2项、河南省高等学校重点科研项目2项、中国纺织工业联合会科技指导项目1项；主持完成横向项目5项，研发经费累计达400万。以第一或通讯发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI论文20余篇，授权国家发明专利7项。获河南省科技进步二等奖1项，中国纺织工业联合会科技进步二等奖1项，教育厅科技成果二等奖4项。

1. 吸附-催化协同高效除甲醛空气净化材料制备关键技术及应用，2026年度河南省科技攻关项目（262102320073），已结项；
2. 《基于静电喷网的可再生抗菌石墨烯纱线制备关键技术及功能纺织品》，河南省高等学校重点科研项目（23A540004），已结项；
3. 《可生物降解高效低阻纳米纤维材料的开发及口罩应用》，河南亚都实业有限公司（河南省医疗器械重点实验室开放课题），已结项；
4. 具有吸附-催化协同除甲醛功能的熔喷高效空气滤材的开发及产业化（横向），中科瓴谷新材料实验室（深圳）有限公司，35万元，在研；
5. 聚氨酯的功能化改性及纳米纤维防水透湿米面料的开发（横向），上海米桃纳米科技有限公司，200万元，已结项；
